any illegal, offensive, obscene or indecent images, data or other material any material which is likely to cause annoyance or offence any defamatory or libellous material any material that infringes the copyright of another person Visitors must not download or distribute software or install their own software on the computers at Riley's due to license/copyright issues.

Visitors must not deliberately introduce or pass on any virus, work, or other harmful program or file.

Visitors must not use Riley's Internet facilities to disable any computer system, or network, or to avoid any system intended to protect the privacy or security of others.

Chat lines are prohibited due to virus problems.
