Henley College Science learners visit University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire
On the 5th May 2016 a group of our Medical Science learners were privileged to be able to visit the Radiography Department at UHCW, one of the largest and busiest NHS teaching hospitals in the UK.
As well as seeing the radiography and CT scanning rooms learners had a series of varied and interesting talks on radiation safety, plain film radiography, MRI, radiotherapy and fluoroscopy.

In May our science learners went to De Montfort University to take part in “Operation Gannet“. It gave them a ‘real life’ experience taking them on a journey from the initial crime scene to giving evidence in the courtroom. Here is what they covered during the week……
